When our youngest son was diagnosed with allergies and food sensitivities, we had to completely reevaluate our approach to food. Our journey began with meticulously reading food labels and questioning the origins of our food. It was during this time that we discovered some breads contained as many as 30 ingredients to prolong their shelf

It was during this time that we discovered some breads contained as many as 30 ingredients to prolong their shelf life. This revelation was truly surprising! In June 2023, I made a decision to master the art of baking bread. By August 2023, I successfully created my very own sourdough starter from scratch. From that point on, I baked all our bread, leading to the birth of Raising Sons Bakery.
